Would love to read it in English. I'm guessing Bob's intrusion reminds Bart of the comic book, which is why he's showing it to Bob, and Marge apparently doesn't like Bart to have this particular comic book. Then Lisa comes in to show them the "special" issue, and I guess Cecil must be in that one, which is why he comes in, then Marge threatens to call the police, so Bob, Cecil and the kids go out to the treehouse to finish reading in peace and without disturbing Marge.

But that's all just a guess.

Actually, Bob wants to murder Bart again. Then Bart tries to save him by showing him some special Simpsons comics. When Marge suddenly appears, telling Bart, she doesn't like him to read comics with his arch-enemy. Bart, Lisa and Homer don't think the same way. Lisa wants her Cecil to read comics with her too. Then he appears. But Marge wants to call the police because she doesn't want two murderers in her house. So Bob got the idea to go up in the treehouse. Then they read all together. ^______^
